With Consentio the days of paper catalogs and long phone calls with your suppliers will be behind you! You will have all the information you need in a simple to understand catalogue.
Consentio Webapp
Go to the ‘Chat’ section and select your supplier, then click on the Buy button to access to the catalogue.
The catalog can be broken down into Sections for ease of access or can be read ‘as a whole’.
Click on a ‘Section’ and you will see all the relevant products.
Select a product, review the information and decide if you wish to purchase.
Choose the order unit and enter the quantity then click on the green Add to order button.
When you have finished adding products, click on the cart and you will see a summary of your order.
Clicking on the Add or modify information button located on the Transport section you can choose the delivery type: Delivery or Pickup.
🍏 Delivery: You can choose among your saved delivery addresses, change the delivery date, add any transport details in the box provided or the Incoterms you need. All your changes are saved automatically!
🍏 Pickup: If you chose this delivery type you can set the order pickup date, add the transport details necessary in the box provided or the Incoterms you need.
You can go back and add more products if you have missed something, and you can Save products as your favourites, and they will appear in the ‘Favorites’ section of the catalogue the next time you buy from this supplier.
You can leave a message or upload a file that will be received by your supplier when you click the send order button.
When you are ready, click on the green Send order button, and the order will instantly be passed to your supplier for approval. Once the order is approved, you will be notified.
By selecting Repeat order, you will be able to duplicate the order, which you can modify when the order is similar but not identical. The order is not sent until you press Send.
