Firstly, go to your ‘Workspaces’ section where you can access to the information and products of all your suppliers.

Search products

You can now easily compare all the products from your suppliers using filters or directly search a product using the search engine. Learn how to get the full advantage of this feature here.

Suppliers

You can add new ones by selecting ‘Add suppliers’, and you can specify how you wish to send the invitation: phonebook, copy the invite link, email, by SMS or by adding them from Consentio if they are already part of the Consentio Community.

When selecting a supplier, access their catalogue by clicking on View products.

You can specify how you want orders to be received, either accepted manually or automatically.

You will see the recent purchased products from that specific supplier and see if any of your co-workers is also buying from this supplier. All the important information concerning the supplier is gathered in one place.

If you wish to ‘block’ a supplier, enable the grey button and this supplier will no longer be able to send you offers.

It is also possible to Remove a supplier from your workspace, but don’t worry we will save all your past transactions with him in your Purchases section.

Settings

The Settings section of your Workspace will allow you to personalize it by adding a name to your Workspace, adding your logo and inserting an alternative email address for receiving your orders.

For adding your shop or warehouse delivery address click on the Add new address button.

When you have added all the information select Add address.

If you need to modify the delivery address, click on the pencil that appears next to it.

Once an order has been placed it is possible to download a PDF with the order information from Consentio. The buyer can decide if he would like the document to show the prices or not by enabling the green button. There are also two different type of PDF formats that can be downloaded: Comfortable and Compact.
