The answer is yes! We have developed a system in which you can add your own reference to an order which will allow you and your clients to experience a better order tracking.
Consentio Webapp
To change one order ID go to your Sales section.
Next, select the order that you would like to modify.
Once inside, you will see a pencil next to the order reference. Click on it.
Finally, write down the new order reference and save it by clicking the green button.
In order to prevent any mistake with your unique order references, in case that you try to save a reference that it is already in the system, an error message will be displayed.
Now you will be able to see your new order reference in your sales section, but also your client will see it in their purchase order records, making communication between both of you easier.
Consentio Mobile App
The change of order ID feature it is only available in Consentio Webapp. However, your clients will be able to see the new order reference that you set on their Consentio Mobile App.
