Firstly, you will need to ensure that the colleague that you want to add to your workspace is already registered on Consentio. To do this please check if your colleague appears in your chat section, and please remember, only the Workspace administrator can add new colleagues to the Workspace.

Next, go to your Workspace section, click on your Settings section.

Click on the Manage your colleagues button to review all the information about your colleagues and the workspace licenses usage. Remember that only Managers can add new members to the Workspace.

Click on the Add colleagues button and select from the list the person you would like to add.

Finally, decide if your colleague will be able to ‘edit’ the information in the workspace or just ‘read’ it. Once ready, click on the Add button.

With that easy step, you will be able to work in a collaborative manner with your co-workers having access to the latest information.
