Offer a customised catalogue to your clients to make their experience as best as possible.
Consentio Webapp
Go to your ‘Workspace’ section and click on Settings and select the entry to configure your catalogue settings.
General
In this section you can add the name of your Workspace. This information it won’t be seen by your clients. You can also enter an additional email address that will receive the orders that are accepted by you and your colleagues.
Online shop
Selecting the Online shop visible button makes your ‘Public Shop’ catalogue visible to anyone who has a link to your catalogue, but they won’t see the prices till you allow them. To know more about it click here.
Currency preferences
As you may work with clients from different countries, you can manage multi-currency transactions in Consentio by selecting Add more currencies. Here you can select the currency and add the exchange rate in relation to your ‘Main Currency’.
Weight preferences
In this section either select Kilograms (Kg) or pounds (lbs) to reflect the units-of-measure used by your client.
Prices preferences
You can choose between two or three decimal places.
Pickup addresses
In this section you can add your pickup addresses.
🆕 Shipping Orders
This section will allow you to configure the shipping settings for your orders. Select the days of the week that you send orders to your clients, the transport time that the goods undertake before arriving to their destination (less than 24hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, etc.) and the time limit that you have set for orders delivered on the same day.
🆕 Download Orders
Once an order has been placed it is possible to download a personalized PDF or Excel file containing the order information from Consentio. Click here to see how to do it.
🆕 Magic orders
When importing orders through the magic orders feature, you can choose if you would like to use the EAN code or the SKU of your products to associate it with the reference number of the document.
Consentio Mobile App

Orders in PDF
Once an order has been placed it is possible to download a PDF with the order information from Consentio and the seller can choose if they would like to show the prices or not by enabling it in this section. There are also two different type of PDF formats that can be downloaded: Comfortable and Compact.
