Each company operates in a different way, so now you can customize the orders in PDF and Excel files that you download from Consentio. Read below to see how to do it!
Consentio Webapp
Access to your Workspace section and click on Settings.
Next, go to the Download orders section where you will be able to create a new format.
Click on the New format button.
Firstly, start by giving a name to your new format.
Next, decide the format that you would like to use, PDF and/or Excel file.
You will be also able to select the font-size you want for your document!
By default the columns that will appear are: product SKU, Product description, Unit price, Quantity and Amount. You can change the order of the columns selecting and dropping it in the desired hierarchy. You can remove any column information by clicking on the cross.
To add other fields, simply click on the dropdown and select the one you would like to add from the proposed ones: EAN, Tare, Tax and New Fields.
When selecting the New fields option, a new window will open for you to name the column and select the information that you would like to be shown on the column. All this information is extracted from the product information that you have added when creating your catalog.
As extra information you can choose to add into the order in PDF or Excel file the following information: load, transport details, incoterms, total price, order comments or dividing lines in the PDF.
Finally, click on the Save button to save your changes.
You now will be able to download all your orders with this new format by clicking on the Download order button.

Currently the option of creating customized PDF and Excel files for your orders is only available for Consentio Webapp.
