Firstly, navigate to the order that you would like to modify and select it.

Select the Modify quantities and prices button, and you will be able to change the unit price, the quantity or delete an item as you require.

For selecting a similar item click on the Add more products button and you will be redirected to your catalogue from which you can add as many products as you need. When you are ready, click on the cart.

Save your changes and notify your client who will receive an email and also a notification via the ‘app.’

All the changes will appear in bold within the order and will be visible in the ‘updates’ section. You can also send a comment to clarify why the changes have been made to reassure your client.

Firstly, direct yourself to the ‘Chat’ and select the order that you wish to modify.

By selecting Edit you will access the order lines.

Select the item that you would like to change and click the Edit button adjacent to it. You will be able to change the unit price, the quantities or delete an item as you require. When you are ready, click on the green button Done.

For selecting a similar item click on the + icon button and you will be redirected to your catalogue from where you can add as many products as you need. When you are ready click on see cart.

Once the item has been added to your order, click on the arrow to go back to the main order page.
