This functionality will be very useful if the warehouse or order preparation staff is also going to work with Consentio. The system will inform you in real time of weight, quantity or product type variations that confirmed and prepared orders may suffer alerting the staff that modifications need to be done. To access to the order preparation section, go to your Workspace section.
Next, click on the Prepare orders section of your workspace.
There you will see the list of all your orders pending preparation grouped by their delivery date.
Select the order you want to start to prepare where you will see all the items that compose the order.
Per line, you can modify the total weight of an item in case it is not a standardized weight, this means in those cases in which the final calculated weight is not exact.
It is also possible to modify order quantities by clicking on the Modify quantities button or add new products to the order by clicking on Add new products. To see how to modify quantities or add new products to an order, click here.
Once that one item is correctly prepared, click on the To be prepared button and the entire line will turn green informing you that it is prepared.
The progress bar will show you how many items are left to be prepared and once that all of them are prepared the order will be marked as Complete.
Once the order is completed, the client will be informed that their order is completed!
Tip: You can use the filters to filter your orders by client, seller or sections of your catalogue.
