If you have multiple-workspaces knowing which client have access to which catalogue can be a nightmare! You can consult the products that a client has access to in a very simple way.
Consentio Webapp
Go to your Chat section and select the client you want to consult.
Click on the Information button inside the chat where you will see the products from your workspace that this client is currently seeing.
You can change the products shown to your clients at any time by clicking on the arrow and selecting one of your active workspaces that you will be able to identify by the green circle.
Consentio Mobile App
Go to your Chat section and select the client you want to consult.
Click on the client’s name and you will see the products from your workspace that this client is currently seeing.
